A wealth of information about Germany’s biggest<br />

170 pages and is full of interesting facts both for<br />

from and to the Port of <strong>Hamburg</strong> is available in<br />
the publication Port of <strong>Hamburg</strong> Liner Services<br />

it provides forwarders and exporters with quick<br />
access to information about all the liner services<br />

Am 11. März 2008 besuchte eine Delegation der Port Authority von Xiamen,<br />
China, <strong>Hamburg</strong>. Manfred Reuter, Direktor für Internationale Angelegenheiten<br />
der <strong>Hamburg</strong> Port Authority (dritter von links), und Fritz-Wilhelm Jensen,<br />
ebenfalls HPA, begrüßten die Gäste an Bord einer Motorbarkasse der Reederei<br />
Abicht. Herr Reuter überreichte während einer Rundfahrt durch den <strong>Hafen</strong><br />
dem Delegationsleiter Jiang Liu das Admiralitätswappen der Freien und<br />
Hansestadt <strong>Hamburg</strong>.<br />
On 11 March 2008, a delegation of the Port Authority of Xiamen, China,<br />
visited <strong>Hamburg</strong>. Manfred Reuter, Director for International Affairs of the<br />
<strong>Hamburg</strong> Port Authority (third from left), and Fritz-Wilhelm Jensen, also from<br />
the HPA, welcomed the guests on board a motor launch owned by the Abicht<br />
shipping company. During a harbour cruise, Manfred Reuter presented the<br />
head of the delegation, Jiang Liu, with the Admiralty coat-of-arms of the Free<br />
and Hanseatic City of <strong>Hamburg</strong>.<br />
Das „Comité Mixte“, der Einkaufsverband für Eisenbahntransportleistungen<br />
der Schweizer Spediteure, tagte am 13. März 2008 in <strong>Hamburg</strong>. Im Anschluss<br />
an die Sitzung organisierte <strong>Hafen</strong> <strong>Hamburg</strong> Marketing für die Mitglieder eine<br />
zweieinhalbstündige Rundfahrt durch den <strong>Hafen</strong>. Jürgen Behrens, HHM-<br />
Repräsentant aus München, und Thorsten Morgenstern aus dem Bereich<br />
<strong>Hafen</strong>bahn bei der <strong>Hamburg</strong> Port Authority informierten die Gäste ausführlich<br />
über die neusten Entwicklungen im <strong>Hamburg</strong>er <strong>Hafen</strong>.<br />

of Swiss forwarding companies, held a meeting in <strong>Hamburg</strong> on 13 March 2008.<br />
After the conference, Port of <strong>Hamburg</strong> Marketing arranged for the participants<br />
to embark on a two-and-a-half hour harbour cruise. Jürgen Behrens, from<br />
HHM’s representative office in Munich, and Thorsten Morgenstern from the<br />
Port Railway division of the <strong>Hamburg</strong> Port Authority provided the guests with<br />
detailed information about the latest developments in the Port of <strong>Hamburg</strong>.<br />
