Schülerinnen und Schüler der Leistungsstufe 1 arbeiten in den o.a.Themenbereichen, benutzen aber die sprachlichen Mittel der Jahrgangsstufen 5 – 8. Einigeinteressierte Schülerinnen und Schüler werden hier thematisch Textarbeit leisten können.Entsprechend sind Beispiele aus den Aufgabengebieten „Umgang mit Texten“ und„Handlungsorientierte Aufgaben“ auszuwählen.Nur für den Erweiterungskurs Leistungssteife 2 gelten die im Folgenden angeführten sprachlichenMittel!Die Anforderungen an die Schülerinnen und Schüler, die im erweiterten <strong>Englisch</strong>unterrichtQualifikationen für den mittleren Bildungsabschluss anstreben, sind deutlich erhöht. Hier sollten alle imAdditum angegebenen grammatischen Strukturen, die für den Großteil der Hauptschülerinnen undHauptschüler im rezeptiven Bereich bleiben, produktiv verfügbar sein.2. DieSprachfunktionen aus den Klassen 5 bis 8 werden in unterschiedlichen Situationen wie shopping,travelling, making an appointment at the doctor´s, embassy, etc. regelmäßig geübt und gefestigt.Notionen von Relevanz für Touristen, längere Aufenthalte im Ausland und Alltagssituationen solltenabgedeckt werden.32
