OP: Perforation des atretischen Nasengangs<br />
Einlegen eines Platzhalters (Röhrchen) für 10 Wochen, Wechsel (R.)<br />
Anästhesie: ITN<br />
Aufklärung: Allgemeinanästhesie, Atemwegsprobleme, postop. Intensivtherapie<br />
Medik<strong>am</strong>ente: Propofol o<strong>der</strong> Thiopental, ggf. Succinylcholin, Atracurium,<br />
Alfentanil o<strong>der</strong> Fentanyl, Sevofluran<br />
Monitoring: Pulsoxymetrie, EKG, NIBP<br />
Beson<strong>der</strong>heiten: Kind kommt mit fixiertem Guedeltubus, vor Relaxierung muss die<br />
sichere Maskenbeatmung gewährleistet sein!!<br />

Circumcision<br />
Anästhesie: Maske, LM + Peniswurzelblockade<br />
Aufklärung: Allgemeinanästhesie, Peniswurzelblockade<br />
