Universal-Gateway//micro – die neue MBS Produktreihe The New Productline of MBS Für die Aufschaltung von Anlagen mit anderen Kommunikationsprotokollen auf BACnet- Netzwerke werden Gateways benötigt. MBS präsentiert neue Geräte mit großer Leistung. To connect facilities and devices using other communications protocols to BACnet networks gateway devices are required. MBS presents small devices for large missions. Pünktlich zur ISH 2011 stellt MBS ihre neue ProduktreiheUniversal-Gateways//micro vor. In dieser Produktlinie stehen mehr als 50 offene und noch einmal 40 proprietäreKommunikationstreiber zur Verfügung, die miteinander kombiniert werden können. Kleine Geräte – große Leistung Dabei steht die Bezeichnung „micro“ für die äußerst kompakte Bauform, die im Schaltschrank Platz spart. Zusätzlich sind diese kleinen Geräte preislich ebenfalls „micro“. An der Leistungsfähigkeit wurde jedoch nicht gespart. Mit dem ARM-9 32 Bit Prozessor 9260 von Atmel haben die Geräte in unabhängigen Vergleichstests eine Leistungsfähigkeit zur Verarbeitung von mehr als 600 Telegrammen/Sekunde ohne Einbußen in der Kommunikation unter Beweis gestellt. Dies entspricht einem Faktor 6 und mehr gegenüber Vergleichsgeräten. Schnittstellen Verfügbar sind die Geräte mit serieller RS232 Schnittstelle (Punkt-zu-Punkt Verbindung) oder mit serieller RS485 Schnittstelle (serielles Netzwerk mit bis zu 31 Teilnehmern). Die RS485 Version hat schaltbare Vorspannungswiderstände (Network-Bias Resistors) und einen schaltbaren Abschlusswiderstand(Termination Resistor). Beide Versionen verfügen über LED für Power, Daten empfangen (RxD), Daten senden (TxD) sowie eine mehrfarbige Status-LED. Die Netzwerkschnittstelle unterstützt die Geschwindigkeiten 10 und 100 MBit/s mit Autosensing-Funktion (automatische Anpassung der Geschwindigkeit). Integrierter Webserver Alle Geräte verfügen über einen integrierten Webserver mit Funktionen zur Konfiguration und Diagnose. Dieser kann auch zur Erstellung eigener Webseiten verwendet werden, so dass die Gateways auch direkt zur Visualisierung oder zum Bedienen konfiguriert werden können. Kostenlose iPhone-App Mit der kostenlosen iPhone- App „UGW Remote“ können Daten des Gateway visualisiert und auch aus der Ferne geschaltet werden. Darstellung aufgezeichneter Trendkurven sowie die Benachrichtigung bei Alarmen sind ebenfalls selbstverständlich. Small devices – huge power First of all the name „micro“ stands for the compact design, which saves space in the cabinet. Additionally the devices are „micro“ in pricing as well. The power of the devices was not limited though. With it’s ARM-9 32-bit processor AT9260 from Atmel the devices in independent tests have shown an amazing performance of 600 telegrams per second without loss of communication. Interfaces The devices are available with a serial RS232 interface (serial point-to-point connection) or RS485 (serial network for up to 31 devices directly connected). Integrated web-server All devices have an integrated web-server to provide configuration and diagnosis of web-pages. The webserver can be used to host a visualization of the data or to write values for the connected data protocols. Free iPhone-App The free iPhone-App „UGW Remote“ allows visualization of the gateway data and can be remotely controlled.
