WARRANTY
WARRANTY TERMS
These warranty conditions apply to products supplied by Kaiser & Kühne and components as detailed below.
5 YEARS WARRANTY 30 YEARS WARRANTY
· swing axles
· carousel bearing
· all remaining parts, if no wearing part (see below)
WARRANTY PERIODS:
· Breakage and rotting of the robinia wood support
posts with pipe base
· All parts made of stainless steel (e.g. material
quality 1.4301)
· All parts made of galvanized steel
The warranty period begins in the case of delivery
without installation, on the invoice date and, in the
case of installation, on the date of inspection and
acceptance, but not later than three business days
following completion of the installation.
The guarantee can only come into effect if the
equipment has been serviced by trained personnel
in accordance with Kaiser & Kühne’s specifications
and, if necessary, has been properly repaired using
original spare parts.
