WARRANTY:
Weather-related dry cracks in vertically installed
posts do not constitute a warranty claim (cf.
supplement to DIN EN 1176, note to 4.2.7.6).
Excluded from this guarantee are all parts which
are subject to wear due to use; these are in
particular bearings (without carousel bearings),
joints, excavator shovels, shafts, chains, ropes,
running surfaces, powder coatings.
Excluded from this warranty are also damages
caused by installation which is not professional
or does not comply with our installation
instructions, deliberate destruction and
vandalism or lack of maintenance.
In the case of justified warranty claims, Kaiser
& Kühne shall have the choice of repairing or
delivering equivalent replacement goods.
NOTE
Proof of proper maintenance (submission of the
complete inspection and maintenance reports
in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN
1176, Part 7) shall be furnished by the client or
operator of the play equipment.
Defects in parts of the delivery do not entitle
the Principal to derive rights for the remaining
order from this fact, in particular with regard to
payment dates.
