Soave is a pretty village in Veneto<br />
fanning out around the base of its hilltop<br />
mediaeval castle. It has lent its name<br />
to a renowned white wine appellation<br />
made from Garganega grapes grown<br />
using the ‘pergola veronese’ system.<br />
The variety is perfectly suited to the<br />
