Schlitzrohre waren sowohl an manchen Rollern Erstausstattung, als auch Zubehör. Wir unterscheiden zwischen einfachen und qualitativ fast den originalen
entsprechenden Schlitzrohren. Die bessere Qualität wird mit Madenschrauben anstatt einfacher Blechschrauben fixiert.
On some scooters, legshield trims have been fixed genuinely as well as an accessory. We separate between simple reproduction and a good quality reproduction. The better ones are
really good and very close to the original ones. For example: the better reproduction uses the original grubs instead of the simple screws.
Bordi scudo a qualche vespe erano tanto originale quanto accessori.
Differenziamo tra bordi scudo semplice ed altri che hanno quasi la qualitá degli originali. La versione di qualitá sara fissato con grani (come originale) invece di vite semplice.

Anbauanleitung: / Mounting instruction: / Istruzioni di montaggio:
Schritt 1: Die Alukante muß ausgewechselt werden wegen Neulackierung oder, wie in
diesem Fall, wegen Sturzschaden./The legshield border has to be changed because
of new painting or, like in this case, of a damage./Si deve cambiare il bordo scudo a causa
di vernicatura nuova o, come qui, a causa di un danno.
Schritt 2: Vorderes Trittleistenstück lösen, Lenker nach innen abkippen, Gabel ca. 10cm
ablassen. (Wir setzen voraus, daß Ihr wisst, wie diese Teile demontiert werden!)
Alukante am unteren Ende ablösen und mit der Hand vorsichtig vom
Beinschild weg abziehen./Detach front part of floor rail, overturn handlebar to inner
side, lower fork 10 cm. (We suppose your knowledge in doing this dismounting!) Loose
the border at the lower end and pull of with hand from legshield carefully./
Scioglia parte anteriore di listello pedana, capovolge il manubrio al interno, abassa la
forcela 10 cm. (Supporriamo que sappete come si dismonta questi parti!) Solva il finale
inferiore del bordo e tira con mano via dal scudo cautamente.
Schritt 3: Neue Alukante auflegen und mit zwei Gurten fixieren. Bördelmaschiene waagrecht
oben in der Mitte ansetzen und jeweils nach rechts bzw. links nach
unten, mit gedrückter Zange, ohne abzusetzen, gleichmäßig durchziehen.
Eventuelle Ungleichmäßigkeiten können mit einem Gummihammer ausgeglichen
werden./Lay on new border and fix it with two straps. Attach tool horizontal in
the upper middle and pull through, with pressed pincers equal on both sides until end
without brake. Eventually inequalities you can compensate with a rubber hammer./
Metti il bordo nuovo e fissa con due strappi. Applica l´atrezzo nella metá superiore e tira
giu regola-mento con pinza premuta, alle due late fino il fondo senza togliere. Irregolazioni
eventuali si puo compensare con un martello di gomma.
Schritt 4: Aluleiste z. B. mit „Alu Magic“ polieren, alles in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammenbauen,
und fertig!/Polish legshield border p. ex. with „Alu Magic“, mount
everything in rotated succession, and ready!/Lucida il bordoscudo p. e. con „Alu Magic“,
monta tutto in ordine girata, e pronto!
