Specialist for skilled workers<br />
Qualified skilled workers – they are an important prerequisite<br />
for the commercial success of a company. However,<br />
nowadays, skilled workers have become a rare commodity.<br />
As a result, many company bosses and personnel managers<br />
have learned from experience and eagerly grasp the<br />
help on offer from staff<strong>in</strong>g services. The name 'akzent<br />
personalleas<strong>in</strong>g gmbh' has become synonymous with<br />

appears to have run dry. Ra<strong>in</strong>er Hilbert views this from<br />
a realistic perspective. Therefore, akzent approaches the<br />
problem work<strong>in</strong>g alongside its customers and offers alternatives<br />
rang<strong>in</strong>g from classical temporary employment to<br />
on-site management, telephone market<strong>in</strong>g, recruitment and<br />
personnel placement.<br />
"Our customers expect that the employees we provide<br />
will be able to <strong>in</strong>tegrate themselves <strong>in</strong>to the production<br />
process with<strong>in</strong> a relatively short period of time," acknowledges<br />
the akzent boss. "For this reason, <strong>in</strong>experienced<br />
newcomers have relatively slim chances of be<strong>in</strong>g taken on,<br />
unless our customers accept career entrants and tra<strong>in</strong> them<br />

are much more grounded than young people. In keep<strong>in</strong>g<br />
with this, we have employees who have rema<strong>in</strong>ed faithful<br />
to akzent for 18 years. This is someth<strong>in</strong>g we are proud of,<br />
given that such a long period of employee retention is by<br />
no means typical <strong>in</strong> our <strong>in</strong>dustry." The success of akzent <strong>in</strong><br />
Saxony is, accord<strong>in</strong>g to Hilbert, thanks first and foremost<br />
to Ursula Göhler, who manages the branch <strong>in</strong> Chemnitz.<br />
In order to draw attention to the bus<strong>in</strong>ess and to <strong>in</strong> crease<br />
awareness of its staff<strong>in</strong>g services, akzent also ex hibits at<br />
various trade fairs. As such, the company made use of the<br />
opportunity to exhibit at the SIT Industry and Technology<br />
Exhibition <strong>in</strong> Chemnitz <strong>in</strong> June, aim<strong>in</strong>g to <strong>in</strong>itiate <strong>in</strong>terest<strong>in</strong>g<br />
