(2000). Prior to Hagemeyer Deutschland GmbH, Mr. Nimtsch<br />
served as a Tax Advisor and Public Chartered Accountant for<br />
Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a<br />
degree in business economics from the University of Munich.<br />
Wolfgang Orgeldinger became Chief Operating Officer of<br />
the company in January 2002 and previously served as Chief<br />
Information Officer of IFCO SYSTEMS with responsibility for<br />
e-logistics and IT since December 2000. Mr. Orgeldinger also<br />
became a Managing Director of IFCO SYSTEMS GmbH in<br />
February 2001 and is serving as Supervisory Board member in<br />
subsidiaries of the Company. Before joining IFCO SYSTEMS<br />
Mr. Orgeldinger was a member of the Executive Board of<br />
Computer 2000 AG, Europe‘s leading IT distributor, where<br />
he was responsible for the company’s European logistics, IT,<br />
technical services, and configuration and assembly operations.<br />
From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Orgeldinger served as Managing<br />
Director of the Computer 2000 Deutschland GmbH, prior to that<br />
he worked there for 3 years as Director IT & Logistics. Before<br />
joining Computer 2000, Mr. Orgeldinger worked for nine years<br />
for Digital Equipment in various management positions in the<br />
area of marketing, sales, consulting, IT and operations.<br />
David S. Russell became President of IFCO SYSTEMS North<br />
America Inc. (<strong>Pallet</strong>-<strong>Management</strong>-<strong>Services</strong> and RPC US) in<br />
January 2002. He joined IFCO SYSTEMS North America in<br />
May 2000 as Senior Vice President with responsibility for<br />
sales and marketing and as General Manager for the US RPC<br />
business. Prior to joining IFCO SYSTEMS, he served, beginning<br />
in March 1999, as a Director and President and Chief Executive<br />
Officer of General Rental, Inc., a privately held equipment rental<br />
company in Pompano Beach, Florida. From October 1996 to<br />
August 1998, Mr. Russell was Vice President/General Manager<br />
of Ryder TRS, Inc., a privately held company with publicly traded<br />
bond debt in Denver, Colorado. Beginning in 1982, Mr. Russell<br />
also served in various management positions, including as an<br />
Officer, at Ryder System, Inc., a publicly traded company, until<br />
the sale of its Consumer Truck Rental Division in October 1996.<br />
