DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:
Hotel Dubrovnik is independent hotel, located
on the main square called “Trg Ban J.Jelačić”.
The hotel is surrounded by the most important
government and economic institutions, cultural
buildings and monuments and the main pedestrian

conference rooms, Piccolo Mondo restaurant,
Dubrovnik Café, lobby bar, summer terrace, fitness
centar, business centar and parking.

as well as for organization of different conferences,
meetings and events.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:
In September 2009, the new management
company developed a strategy of development
of the Croatian Post until 2013 and together
with the social partners, launched a restructuring
process in order to improve the operation,
modernization and preparation for the new
market challenges. New organization modeled
after the modern world’s postal operators set
up a new divisional organization (Mail, Network,
Ekspress)
The vision of the Croatian Post is held up as
the market leader in postal services, and as the
largest and most accessible national network of
providers of basic financial services in the market
for retail and small and medium-sized enterprises.
All this will be achieved through constant
training of employees in all segments, intensive
work on improving service quality and expanding
the supply constantly listening to the wishes and
