DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:<br />
The DIOKI Group is the only producer <strong>of</strong> organic<br />
petrochemicals and polymers in Croatia. At present,<br />
it exports 90% <strong>of</strong> its production and is one <strong>of</strong> the<br />
biggest exporters in Croatia. The operations have<br />
been fully computerized, and production processes<br />
are controlled by modern systems. Group members<br />
are Croatian petrochemical companies DIOKI d.d.,<br />
Zagreb, DINA - Petrokemija d.d., Omišalj, publishing<br />
company NOVI LIST d.d., Rijeka and trading<br />
company ADRIAOIL S.p.A., Milan, Italy, with branch<br />
<strong>of</strong>fices in Trieste and Moscow. Petrochemical activity<br />
<strong>of</strong> the DIOKI Group comprises production <strong>of</strong> polymers<br />
and organic petrochemicals:<br />
• Low density polyethylene (OKITEN® and<br />
DINALEN®), 120 000 t/y capacity<br />
• General purpose and high-impact polystyrene<br />
(DOKI® Polistiren), 50 000 t/y capacity<br />
• Expandable polystyrene (OKIROL®E and<br />
OKIROL®EF), 15 000 t/y capacity<br />
• Ethylene, 90 000 t/y capacity.
