Nothing is that good that it cannot be better. This is one reason why we constantly strive in improving everything
we do. This is not just our motto. Our vision is not a plaque that hangs on the wall and is not something we
easily forget. It is simply the way we do our work. There is a special word in Japanese to explain this: “kaizen”.
It means “continual improvement”, and this is the fundamental principle which leads us to complete quality.
Every time you sit behind the wheel and turn on the engine of a Toyota or Lexus you feel confident. This feeling
comes from the fact that the vehicle which you are driving is designed and constructed according to the
highest standards of quality and reliability. For Toyota quality is not just a goal. It is a way of life.
