"Patula" are dwarf types of Marigolds.<br />

All Marigolds are easy to grow. The<br />

foliage is pungent when crushed. Dead<br />

heading prolongs the blooming period of<br />

marigolds.Marigolds have earned their<br />

place in most vegetable gardens. Their<br />

pungent aroma works to repel some<br />

pesky insects. They also attract hoverflies<br />

which prey on harmful insects.Long life as<br />

cut flowers.Marigold flower petals and<br />

leaves add a bitey tang to salads. Dried<br />

petals are spicy and colourful for breads<br />

and cakes.<br />

Bonanza Bolero is an improved French<br />

Marigold. Excellent garden performer<br />
