Title Qualifications Experience<br />
Route 1:<br />
Associate Degree in a health related field with emphasis on<br />
microbiology AND<br />
Certificate confirming on job practical training<br />
Route 2:<br />
Completion of Higher Secondary School AND<br />
certified CSS training program from one of the following:<br />
Certification by the Board of Sterile Processing and<br />
Distribution ( CBSPD) USA<br />

International Association of <strong>Healthcare</strong> Central Services<br />
Material management (IAHCSMM)<br />
http://www.iahcsmm.org/<br />
Completion of Higher Secondary School<br />
AND<br />
Certificate confirming on job practical training<br />
Minimum of two years’ experience in the CCS<br />
field.<br />
Minimum of four years’ experience in the<br />
CSS field.<br />
