Title Qualifications Experience<br />
training program of Massage therapy of not less than 500 hours<br />
including educational and supervised clinical instruction 13 AND<br />
Produce a proof of current and valid First Aid Training or BLS<br />
Minimum of two years’ experience in the field<br />
as Massage Therapist.<br />
13 The training program may comprise of 125 hours of instruction in general anatomy, musculoskeletal anatomy, physiology and kinesiology; 200 hours of instruction<br />
in massage therapy and orthopedic assessment, massage theory and corrective and restorative applications; 40 hours of instruction in general pathology with an<br />
emphasis on neurological and musculoskeletal pathology; 25 hours of instruction in business and ethics with a minimum of ten hours in ethics;10 hours of supervised<br />
massage therapy clinical practicum or additional instruction in an area or related field that completes the massage therapy program.<br />
