Postgraduate Doctoral degree 17 (example: Ph.D., Psy.D.,<br />

Ed.D., D.Clin.Psy) from an approved psychology faculty or an<br />

educational faculty with focus on psychology OR<br />

Postgraduate Masters level degree (includes MSc, MA,<br />

M.Phil) of not less than two years from a psychology faculty<br />

or an educational faculty with focus on psychology AND after<br />

completion of Bachelor degree in psychology<br />

Bachelor degree (includes B.A. or B.S.) in psychometrics<br />

Bachelor degree (includes B.A. and B.S.) in psychology from a<br />

psychology department faculty or an educational faculty with<br />

focus on psychology<br />

- Two years’ experience in the designated<br />

field.<br />

- Completion of internship program.<br />

Evidence of training, experience, and<br />

competencies related to specific psychometric<br />

tools.<br />

Three years of full-time study or the equivalent, including seminars, tutorials, or other graduate level coursework representing two years of full-time study or the<br />

equivalent and include:<br />

a) Coursework in scientific and professional ethics and standards of practice, and issues of cultural and ethnic diversity;<br />

b) At least three semester hours or five graduate quarter hours in each of the following substantive content areas: biological basis of behaviour; cognitiveaffective<br />

basis of behaviour; social basis of behaviour;<br />

c) Individual difference; psychometrics; and research design, methodology, and analysis<br />

d) One year of supervised practicum, internship, field experience, or applied research, which is appropriate to the practice of psychology. To meet this<br />

requirement, a "practicum" must be the equivalent of an "internship." – online courses are not acceptable-<br />
