13.12 Dialysis Technician

Bachelor degree in Dialysis Technology (4 years course duration)
or equivalent qualification in dialysis technology (not less than 3
years course duration) from a national accredited program, the
program transcript shall include:
Knowledge of electromechanical and hydraulic systems,
Knowledge of water treatment systems,
Technical skills necessary to maintain dialysis equipment.
Completion of a dialysis technician program Or related Science
or Technical field from a recognized educational institution or
college.

11 Cannot work independently, a dialysis technologist must be available in the same facility.
