Route 1:
Completion of Higher Secondary School or its equivalent AND
At least one (1) year Diploma program in Medical Laboratory
from a college officially recognized in home country
Route 2:
Completion of certified phlebotomy program from a UAE
university
Minimum of 6 months practical experience in
clinical laboratory
Route 1:
Successful completion of Diploma not less than two (2) years
program Minimum of two years practical experience
Route 2:
Higher Diploma three (3) years program in Medical Laboratory
Technology
Route 1:
BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology/ Medical Laboratory
Science.
Route 2:
Higher Diploma three (3) years program in Medical Laboratory
Technology.
BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology with one year emphasis
in Histology
BSc in Medical Laboratory Science AND
Completion of certification/program in Histotechnology or two
years practical experience in histology/histopathology
department (Documented experience)
in clinical laboratory
Minimum of two years practical experience
in clinical laboratory
Minimum of five years practical experience
in clinical laboratory
Minimum of two years practical experience
in histology/histopathology
department/section
No practical experience required
