Title Qualifications Experience<br />
Perfusionist<br />

Bachelor degree (or diploma) from an accredited institution in one<br />
of the health Sciences AND<br />
Post-graduate diploma/ certificate in Perfusion, with current<br />
national license,<br />
AND<br />
Registration with:<br />
- The Society of Perfusionist of Great Britain and Ireland.<br />
- The European Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion<br />
- The American Board of Registration of Perfusionist<br />
(Applicable only for graduates from the above mentioned<br />
countries)<br />
Minimum of two years’ particle experience as<br />
Perfusionist in hospital setup. AND<br />
Proof of 100 independent clinical perfusion<br />
procedures<br />
