Promote growth and development of
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises,
including, Khadi, Village and Coir
industries, in cooperation with
concerned Ministries/Departments,
State Governments and other
stakeholders by providing support to
existing enterprises and encouraging
creation of new enterprises.

To have a vibrant Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector.

transparency and courtesy to the
citizens as well as to MSMEs.

The letters received by the Ministry
are generally acknowledged within
15 days and replied to as soon as
possible.

The Ministry expects continuous
feedback from the citizens on the
quality of the services provided
to them and on areas in which
improvements are expected.

PERFORMANCE
The Ministry, from time to time, shares
