<strong>Sve~ana</strong> <strong>akademija</strong> povodom 80 godina<br />
borbe <strong>protiv</strong> <strong>raka</strong> u Srbiji Jugoslovenskog<br />
dru{tva <strong>za</strong> izu~avawe i suzbijawe<br />
<strong>raka</strong> i Dru{tva <strong>Srbije</strong> <strong>za</strong> <strong>borbu</strong> <strong>protiv</strong><br />
<strong>raka</strong> odr`ana je 10. decembra 2007. godine<br />
u Beogradu, u kristalnoj dvorani hotela<br />
Hyatt Regency. Ovoj sve~anosti prisustvovalo<br />
je 250 zvanica, predstavnika onkolo{kih<br />
centara i dispanzera iz <strong>Srbije</strong> i<br />
Vojvodine, op{tinskih dru{tava <strong>za</strong> <strong>borbu</strong><br />
<strong>protiv</strong> <strong>raka</strong>, SANU, AMN SLD, SLD,<br />
VMA, KCS i drugih stacionarnih zdravstvenih<br />
ustanova koje se bave i onkologijom.<br />
Na sve~anosti su bile prisutne i delegacije<br />
Dru{tava <strong>za</strong> <strong>borbu</strong> <strong>protiv</strong> <strong>raka</strong> iz<br />
Qubqane, Bawaluke, Podgorice i @eneve<br />
(UICC).<br />
Predstavnici vlade <strong>Srbije</strong>, sredstava<br />
javnog informisawa, Srpske pravoslavne<br />
crkve i onkolo{kih pacijenata su tako|e<br />
u~estvovali u ovoj manifestaciji.<br />
Ceo tok sve~anosti <strong>za</strong>bele`en je audiovizuelnom<br />
kamerom sa koje je skinut<br />
govorni deo sve~anosti koji je poslu`io<br />
<strong>za</strong> pisawe autenti~nog teksta u monografiji.<br />
Sve~anu akademiju je otvorio i pozdravio<br />
sve prisutne zvanice prof. dr<br />
Slobodan ^ikari}, doma}in sve~anosti.<br />

Solemn Academy on the occasion of 80<br />
years of fight against cancer in Serbia by the<br />
Yugoslav Society for the Study and<br />
Treatment of Cancer and Serbian Society for<br />
Fight Against Cancer was held on December<br />
10, 2007, in the Crystal Hall of the Hotel<br />
Hyatt Regency. The celebration was attended<br />
by 250 guests, representatives of oncology<br />
and health centers from Serbia and<br />
Vojvodina, municipal societies for fight<br />
against cancer, Serbian Academy of Sciences<br />
and Arts (SASA), Academy of Medical<br />
Sciences of the Serbian Medical Society<br />
(AMS SMS), Serbian Medical Society,<br />
Military Medical Academy (MMA), Clinical<br />
Centre of Serbia (CCS) and other stationary<br />
health care institutions, which include oncology<br />
services.<br />
Celebration was attended by delegations<br />
of Societies for Fight Against Cancer from<br />
Ljubljana, Banjaluka, Podgorica and Geneva<br />
(UICC).<br />
Representatives of the Serbian Government,<br />
media, Serbian Orthodox Church and<br />
oncological patients participated in this<br />
solemn event as well.<br />
The whole event was recorded by audiovisual<br />
means, and audio recording of speeches<br />
turned out to be quite useful for presentation<br />
of authentic texts in the Monograph.<br />
