Najzna~ajnije delo \or|a Joannovi}a,<br />
malo poznato je, da je bio svetski pionir<br />
u otkri}u procesa autoagresije u medicini.<br />
U to vreme je u medicini vladala dogma<br />
inaugurisana od nobelovca imunologa<br />
Paula Erliha, pronala<strong>za</strong>~a leka salvar<strong>za</strong>na<br />
<strong>protiv</strong> sifilisa, koji je bio prijateq<br />
\or|a Joannovi}a da „organi<strong>za</strong>m<br />
nikada ne stvara materije <strong>protiv</strong> samog<br />
sebe”.<br />
Danas u XXI veku mi znamo da to nije<br />
ta~no, jer ve} na }elijskom nivou organi<strong>za</strong>m<br />
{aqe molekul smrti svojim nepotrebnim<br />
}elijama, koji onda aktivira u }eliji<br />
ve} ugra|eni kaspazni sistem enzima, a<br />
koji „isecka” DNK i dovodi do samoubistva<br />
}elija tj. apoptoze.<br />
Tako|e, danas znamo da postoje mnoge<br />
autoimune bolesti.<br />
Me|utim, tada je \or|e Joannovi}<br />
<strong>za</strong>pazio da vojnici koji su imali izle~enu<br />
povredu glave i mozga nanetu vatrenim<br />
oru`jem nekada imaju nesnosne glavoboqe<br />
i neki takvi vojnici umiru.<br />
Na obdukcijama takvih bolesnika<br />
nalaze se samo multipna ogwi{ta razmek{awa<br />
mozga, kako u blizini, tako i u<br />
daqem odstojawu od izle~ene povrede<br />
mozga.<br />
Iste rezultate je dobio i svojim<br />
eksperimentima na belim pacovima koji<br />
su izlagani udarima povre|ivawa glave.<br />
Iz ovih <strong>za</strong>pa`awa na qudima i `ivotiwama<br />
\or|e Joannovi} izvla~i genijalni<br />
<strong>za</strong>kqu~ak: „Isti elementi mozga, koji su<br />
usled traume bili izvor <strong>za</strong> mno`ewe produkata<br />
raspada podle`u kasnije dejstvu<br />
svojih reakcionih produkata”.<br />
Ako ovo prevedemo na dana{wi jezik o<br />
autoagresiji, o~igledno raspadni produkti<br />
mozga stimuli{u na{ imuni sistem da<br />
stvori antitela <strong>protiv</strong> wih, ali i <strong>protiv</strong><br />
takvih materija u zdravim }elijama mozga<br />
i otuda multiple encefalomalacije.<br />
\or|e Joannovi} je ~ak poku{ao da<br />
primeni ovaj svoj koncept u terapiji karcinoma<br />
ko`e qudi i tuberkuloznih granuloma<br />
kod `ivotiwa ubrizgavaju}i „ra-<br />
{~ine” (misli na raspadne produkte ovih<br />
oboqewa) pod ko`u takvih bolesnika i<br />
eksperimentalnih `ivotiwa.<br />

The most important scientific achievement<br />
of Djor|e Joannovi} is a little known<br />
fact that he was a pioneer in the discovery of<br />
autoagression in medicine.<br />
At that time in the medical circles dominated<br />
a narrow dogma inaugurated by the<br />
Nobel Prize Laureate, Immunologist Paul<br />
Ehrlich, inventor of "Salvarsan", a medicine<br />
against syphilis, who was a friend of \or|e<br />
Joannovi}, that the "human organism never<br />
creates substances against itself".<br />
Today, in the 21st century, we know that it<br />
is not true, for already at the cell level the<br />
organism sends a death molecule to its<br />
unnecessary cells, which then activates in the<br />
cell already built-in caspase enzyme system<br />
that cuts the DNA and leads to cell suicide or<br />
apoptosis.<br />
Furthermore, we are aware today that<br />
there are many autoimmune diseases.<br />
However, \or|e Joannovi} noticed then<br />
that the soldiers with healed firearm-related<br />
head and brain injuries sometimes had heavy<br />
headaches and died.<br />
Autopsy of such patients proved multiple<br />
areas of softened brain tissue, both in the<br />
vicinity and at a longer distance from the<br />
healed brain injury.<br />
He got the same results in his experiments<br />
on white rats which were subjected to head<br />
injuries.<br />
From such human and animal observation<br />
\or|e Joannovi} drew a brilliant conclusion:<br />
"The same brain elements, which have been<br />
as result of trauma source for multiplication<br />
of products of disintegration, later on are subject<br />
to action of their reaction products".<br />
If we interpret this into today's language<br />
of autoagression, it is obvious that disintegration<br />
brain products stimulate our immune<br />
system to make antibodies against them, but<br />
also against such substances in the healthy<br />
brain cells, which causes multiple encephalomalacias.<br />
\or|e Joannovi} even tried to apply this<br />
concept of his in the therapy of human skin<br />
cancer and tuberculous granuloma of animals,<br />
injecting the disintegration tissue under<br />
