SHOWRUNNER CASE STUDY QUESTIONS<br />
ENGLISH LANGUAGE<br />
Telephone interviews will be pre‐arranged for approximately three persons per tv series that has<br />
been selected as a case study. Participants will be sent a Showrunner competency list in advance.<br />
Interviews are expected to take at least 20 minutes. The interviewer will take and transcribe<br />
notes. The following questions provide the framework for the interview, although it is anticipated<br />
that there will be flexibility to encourage sharing of in formation. The intent of the interviews is<br />
to describe the model of production used on each series, focusing on the background,<br />
responsibilities and relationships of the Showrunner.<br />
