6.2.1 Additional profiles<br />
Additional profiles such as window sill connection profiles,<br />
packing profiles etc. are to be screwed to the main profiles<br />
and, if necessary, to be sealed (e.g. with foam tapes).<br />

If windows are mounted together with a roller shutter casing,<br />
the fastening to the top is complicated, regardless of the cas-<br />
ing construction (roller shutter top box or head casing). In<br />
this case make sure that the upper main frame withstands<br />
the load (see window static).<br />

The installation<br />
For this purpose the main frame is considered as a bolt with<br />
strain on one side (see fig. 15).<br />
The stiffener or fastening is possible according to the repre-<br />
sentations in fig. 16.<br />
