Pune 410 501 HOD Remarks: • Applied for consent to establish • Application received at SRO- Pune-II on dtd 13/02/2012 and at HQ on 19/04/2012. • Industry has obtained consent to establish for phase I on dated 04/01/2011 • Industry located @ 3.0 KM away from A-II River Indrayani. HOD Remarks: • Applied for consent to establish for expansion • Application received at SRO- Satara on dtd 05/12/2011 and at HQ on 02/04/2012. • Existing plant consent is valid up to 31/07/2012 • Industry located @ 2.5 KM from AII River Nira. Satisfy the distance criteria. • Generation of industrial effluent will be 8 CMD (Existing 3.5 CMD). Industry proposed to provide ETP. • SRO Satara reported that industry has discontinued the industrial effluent till expansion in completed • Generation of industrial effluent will be 4 CMD (existing 28 CMD ) for which industry has provided 80 CMD capacity STP in the existing unit • JVS result of not submitted by the industry of existing plant • Industry has proposed to provide dust collecting system with bag filter and a stack of 11 mtr height to the powder coating booth, Stack of 4 meter height to the heat treatment section & stack to the D.G. Sets (4 Nos) • RO Pune recommended the case for grant of consent to establish for expansion by imposing condition towards provision of VOC control System for paint booth section • We may grant consent to establish for expansion with condition of company Board Resolution as they have completed activity before C to E • We may place the consent application before CAC for further consideration.
