All-Day Chicken Stew
Marinate 3'/> lbs. meaty chicken pieces overnight In a
covered bowl in the refrigerator with two large onions,
thinly sliced, '/• cup chopped parsley, 1 clove garlic,
mashed, 1 bay leaf, V* tspn. thyme and IVi cups White
Sauterne.
Remove chicken pieces and pat them dry. reserving
marinade. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and
paprika. Coat with flour. Place half of the chicken In a 3Viqt.
