2.1 Þátttökuréttur<br />
A hluti<br />
Rétt til þátttöku <strong>í</strong> A hluta samkeppninnar hafa þeir sem tilskilin<br />
leyfi hafa til að skila inn skipulagsuppdráttum til samþykktar<br />
hjá byggingaryfirvöldum <strong>í</strong> Reykjav<strong>í</strong>k. Vegna þessa<br />
skal tekið fram að nauðsynlegt er fyrir erlenda þátttakendur<br />
að hafa <strong>í</strong>slenskan samstarfsaðila enda skal tillögum skilað<br />
inn á <strong>í</strong>slensku.<br />
B hluti<br />
Allir hafa rétt til þátttöku <strong>í</strong> B hluta samkeppninnar og er þátttökuskráning<br />
ekki skilyrði fyrir skilum <strong>í</strong> B hluta.<br />
Dómara, ritara dómnefndar, trúnaðarmanni og ráðgjöfum<br />
dómnefndar er þátttaka óheimil svo og þeim sem á hlut <strong>í</strong> og<br />
rekur fyrirtæki eða teiknistofu með einhverjum ofangreindra<br />
aðila, vinnur að verkefnum með honum eða er honum nátengdur.<br />
Þá hafa þeir sem tóku þátt <strong>í</strong> undirbúningi samkeppninnar<br />
ekki þáttökurétt. Þetta á við um A og B hluta<br />
samkeppninnar.<br />
Vafatilfelli um rétt til þátttöku <strong>í</strong> A hluta skal v<strong>í</strong>sa til trúnaðarmanns<br />
sem ber þau undir stjórn Arkitektafélags Íslands<br />
án nafngreiningar.<br />
2.2 Afhending keppnisgagna<br />
A og B hluti<br />
Keppnislýsing þessi <strong>ásamt</strong> hluta fylgiskjala verður aðgengileg<br />
þátttakendum <strong>í</strong> báðum hlutum samkeppninnar á heimas<strong>í</strong>ðu<br />
verkkaupa www.faxafloahafnir.is og Arkitektafélags Íslands<br />
www.ai.is frá og með 7. jún<strong>í</strong> 2009.<br />
2.1 Right to participate<br />
Part A<br />
Those having the required licenses to submit planning<br />
drawings for approval by construction authorities in Reykjavik<br />
have the right to participate in Part A of the competition.<br />
Because of this, it shall be stated that it is necessary for<br />
foreign participants to have an Icelandic collaborator since<br />
proposals shall be submitted in Icelandic.<br />
Part B<br />
Everyone has a right to participate in Part B of the competition<br />
and registration for participation is not required for<br />
making submissions in Part B.<br />
A judge or the Secretary of the Jury, the confidential liaison<br />
and Jury’s consultants are forbidden to participate, as<br />
well as those involved in and running companies or drafting<br />
firms with any of the above parties, those working on tasks<br />
with any of them or anyone closely connected with them.<br />
Also, those taking part in the preparation of the competition<br />
do not have the right to participate. This applies to Parts A<br />
and B of the competition.<br />
Any doubt about the right to participate in Part A shall<br />
be submitted to the confidential liaison who will submit<br />
such cases anonymously to the board of the Association of<br />
Icelandic Architects.<br />
2.2 Delivery of competition documents<br />
Parts A and B<br />
This competition specification, along with part of the<br />
accompanying documents, will be accessible to participants<br />
in both parts of the competition on the websites of<br />
the buyer www.faxafloahafnir.is and the Association of Icelandic<br />
Architects www.ai.is as of 7 June 2009.<br />
