• Tillögum skal einnig skila á .pdf formi á geisladiski
merktum samkeppninni og auðkennitölu höfundar.
Vegna hugsanlegar áframhaldandi vinnu með vinningstillögur
er eindregið mælst til þess að allir þátttakendur
vinni tillögur sínar í lagskiptingum, hnitum og að mælikvarði
teikninga séu metrar.
B hluti
Skil gagna í B hluta samkeppninnar eru frjáls að öðru leyti
en því að heildarframlag hvers þátttakanda skal ekki fara
umfram arkarfjölda eða stærðir arka og annarra gagna sem
um er fjallað í A hluta.
Gögn umfram þau sem óskað er eftir (svo sem líkön)
verða ekki tekin til dóms, hvort sem er í A eða B hluta.
Ekki er heimilt að skila sömu tillögu í A og B hluta samkeppninnar.
2.9 Skilafrestur, merking og afhending gagna
A og B hluti
Tillögur skal merkja og afhenda sem hér segir:
• Gera skal 2x5 sm stóran reit í neðra horn hvers tillögublaðs
og auðkenna þar blaðið fimm stafa auðkennitölu.
Ógagnsætt umslag, merkt orðinu – Nafnmiði – og
auðkennitölunni, fylgi tillögunni. Í umslaginu skulu vera
nöfn, heimilisföng, netföng og símanúmer þátttakenda.
• Tillögum skal skila ósamanbrotnum og í flötum umbúðum.
Umbúðirnar skal merkja með sömu auðkennitölu
og umslagið og tilgreina hvort tillagan er í A eða B
hluta keppninnar.
• Tillögum skal skila til trúnaðarmanns þriðjudaginn 6.
október 2009, eigi síðar en kl. 17:00 GMT. Trúnaðarmaður
tekur á móti tillögum á skrifstofu Arkitektafé-
coordinate the text in drawings and the report. The
report shall be in Icelandic.
• Proposals shall also be submitted in pdf­format on a
CD, marked with the competition and author’s
identifying number.
Because of possible continuing work with prize-winning
proposals, participants are emphatically directed to prepare
their proposals in layers and coordinate points, and
the scale for drawings shall be in metres.
Part B
The submission of documents in Part B of the competition
is voluntary, except that the total contribution of each participant
may not exceed the number of sheets or sizes of
sheets and other documents discussed in Part A.
Information/items exceeding what is requested (such
as model) will not be evaluated, whether in Part A or Part B.
It is forbidden to submit the same proposal in Part A
and Part B of the competition.
2.9 Deadline for submission, marking and delivery
of documents
Parts A and B
Proposals shall be marked and delivered as follows:
• A 2x5 cm rectangle shall be made in a lower corner of
each proposal sheet, and a 5-character ID no. shall be
placed there. An opague envelope, marked with the
word – Name-label – and the ID no. shall accompany
the proposal. Inside the envelope shall be participants’
names, addresses, e-mail addresses and telephone
numbers.
• Proposals shall be submitted unfolded and in flat
packaging. The packaging shall be marked with the
same ID no. as the envelope, and it shall be specified
whether the proposal is for Part A or Part B of the
competition.
