IN accordance with the provisions of Section 276 of<br />

" The Alining Act, 1904,' His Excellency the Governor<br />

in Executive Council has been pleased to approve temporary<br />

Reserve No. 33711, containing certain laud, as<br />

shown bordered in colour green on Plan page 1, Mines<br />

File 542/23, and to authorise the Golden_Mile Ore Channel<br />

Extended Limited to occupy, conditionally, the said<br />

reserve for a period of twelve months from the 27th day<br />

of April, 1923, for the purpose of boring to test the<br />

existence of gold deposits.<br />

IN accordance with the provisions of Section 276 of<br />

" The Mining Act, 1904," His Excellency the Governor<br />

in Executive Council has been pleased to approve the<br />

extension for a further six months expiring on the 27th<br />

day of November, 1923, of Temporary Reserve No. 32811,<br />

situated at Mt. Cumming, about 88 Miles North-East of<br />

Laverton, Mt. Margaret Goldfield, and to authorise the<br />

Jones Mining Concessions, Limited, to occupy, conditionally,<br />

the said reserve from the 18th day of April, 1923,<br />

for the purpose of prospecting for gold and other<br />

minerals.<br />

IN accordance with the provisions of Section 276 of<br />

"The Mining Act, 1904," His Excellency the Governor<br />

in Executive Council has been pleased to approve the<br />

extension for a further six months expiring on the Slith<br />

day of November, 1923, of Temporary Reserve No. 627<br />

11, situated at intter's Grove Soak, about 78 Miles<br />

North-East of Laverton, Mt. Margaret Goldfield, and to<br />

authorise the Jones Mining Concessions, Limited, to<br />

occupy conditionally the said Reserve from the 18th day<br />

of April, 1923, for the purpose of prospecting for gold<br />

and other minerais.<br />

Renewal of License to treat or remove Tailings.<br />

HIS Excellency the Governor in Executive Council has<br />

been pleased to grant Martin :Joseph Hartigan a renewal<br />

of License No. 203H (1E/21) to treat or remove tailings<br />

at present lying upon the land comprised in late Gold<br />

-Alining Lease No. 4273E, East Coolgardie Goldfield, for<br />

a period of twelve months from the 25th day of<br />

November, 1922.<br />
