1. Available only to persons who hold no other land.<br />

2. Blocks will only be approved in favour of those applicants who satisfy the Land Board that they possess the necessary<br />

experience to enable them to successfully develop and work their holdings.<br />

3. No applicant will be permitted to hold more than one block, except wills tin aliproval of the Minister ; husband<br />

and wife to be considered as one person.<br />

4. Applications to be subject to examination of original plans.<br />

5. Right reserved to the Government to enter upon the land and construct and maintain drains as required, free of compensation.<br />

6. Any bridges required for drains passing through blocks must be constructed at selector's expense.<br />

7. Potatoes growing on Lot 18 to be the property of the Crown, the right being reserved to enter and remove same.<br />

8. Possession to be taken within three months, and residence be requisite during the first five years, except with the<br />

special approval of the Minister for absence therefrom.<br />
