IN accordance with the provisions of Section 276 of " The Alining Act, 1904,' His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council has been pleased to approve temporary Reserve No. 33711, containing certain laud, as shown bordered in colour green on Plan page 1, Mines File 542/23, and to authorise the Golden_Mile Ore Channel Extended Limited to occupy, conditionally, the said reserve for a period of twelve months from the 27th day of April, 1923, for the purpose of boring to test the existence of gold deposits. 2280/22. IN accordance with the provisions of Section 276 of " The Mining Act, 1904," His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council has been pleased to approve the extension for a further six months expiring on the 27th day of November, 1923, of Temporary Reserve No. 32811, situated at Mt. Cumming, about 88 Miles North-East of Laverton, Mt. Margaret Goldfield, and to authorise the Jones Mining Concessions, Limited, to occupy, conditionally, the said reserve from the 18th day of April, 1923, for the purpose of prospecting for gold and other minerals. 372/23.
