it is made lawful for the Governor to direct that any<br />

Reserve shall vest in and be held by ally Municipality,<br />

Road Board, (Jr other person or persons to be named in<br />

the order, in trust for any of the purposes set forth in<br />

Section. 39 of the said Act, or for the like or other public<br />

purposes to be specified in such order: And whereas it<br />

is deemed expedient that Reserve No. 17783 should vest<br />

in and be held by Messrs. W. C. Cole, G. H. Tilley,<br />

C. F. Ridge, G. White, H. Cooker, G. H. Agar, and C. S.<br />

Ryan, in trust for the purpose of Agricultural Hall Site<br />

ow, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by and<br />

with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,<br />

(loth hereby direct that the before- mentioned Reserve<br />

shall vest in and be held by Messrs. W. C. Cole, G. H.<br />

Tilley, C. P. Ridge, 0. White, H. Coaker, G. H. Agar,<br />

fool C. S. Ryan, in trust for the purpose aforesaid;<br />

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 19 of I The Health<br />

Act, 1911-19," that the Governor may alter the boundaries<br />

of any Health District constituted by the Governor<br />

tinder the said Act: And whereas it is desired to alter<br />

the boundaries of the Katanuing Health District which<br />

was so constituted: Now, therefore, His Excellency the<br />

Governor of Western Australia, by and with the advice<br />

of the Executive Council, does hereby alter the boundaries<br />

of the said Health District in manner following,<br />

that is to say, so as to include all that area within the<br />

Katanning Road District.<br />

-WHEREAS by the provisions of "The Health Act,<br />

1911-19," His Excellency the Governor ma.y make Regulations,<br />

and may repeal, alter, or amend Regulations so<br />

made: Now, therefore, his Excellency the Governor,<br />

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive<br />

Council and 011 the advice of the Advisory Committee,<br />

(loth hereby amend the Regulations published iln the<br />

Government G'az'ette on the 1st November, 1918, as follows:<br />

Schedule "C" is hereby amended by deleting the<br />

figure "300" in the paragraph dealing with the charge<br />

connection with swine slaughtered, and inserting in<br />

lieu thereof the figure "150."<br />
