TAKE notice that it is the intention of the Warden of
the Goldfield mentioned hereunder, on the date mentioned,
to issue out of the Warden 's Court an order
authorising the cancellation of registration of the undermentioned
Mining Tenements in accordance with Regulation
193 of "The Mining Act, 1904." Au order may
issue in the absence of the registered holder, but should
he desire to object to such order lie must, before the date
mentioned, lodge at the Warden's Office an objection
containing the grounds of such objection, and, on the
date mentioned, the Warden will proceed to hear and
determine the same, in accordance with the evidence
then submitted.

NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Minister
of Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage to undertake
the construction of the works hereinafter described,
by virtue of the powers contained under the provisions
of ."The Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage, and
Drainage Act, 1909":
METROPOLITAN WATER SUPPLY IMPROVE-
MENTS.
Proposed Filtration Plant at Mount Hawthorn.
Description of Proposed Works.
Four filter beds constructed of concrete and re-inforced
concrete, with stone, gravel, and sand filtering
medium; together with pipes, valves, and all necessary
apparatus.
The Localities in which the Proposed Works will be
Constructed.
On the Water Supply Reserve Lots 948, 949, and 950,
of Perthshire Location Au, at the corner of French and
Roberts Streets, Mt. Hawthorn. The whole of the above
works are as indicated in red on Plan M.W.S., S., &
D.D., W.A., No. 4171.
The Purposes for which the Proposed: Works are to be
Constructed.
For water purification.
The Times when and Places at which Plans, Sections,
and Specifications may be inspected.
At the Office of the Minister of Water Supply, Sewerage
and Drainage, 56 James Street, Perth, for one
month on and after the fourth day of May, 1923, between
the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
