and by virtue of the said Act and of every other authority
enabling it in that behalf, cloth hereby make and
publish the following By-laws:
1. Any person owning a goat of either sex over three
months old shall cause such goat to be registered yearly
and pay the prescribed fee.
2. The annual registration fee for each goat kept
within the Canning Road District shall be sixpence.
3. Every registered goat shall wear a disc to be supplied
by the Board at a charge of sixpence.
4. The Board may seize, impound, or destroy goats,
whether licensed or unlicensed, found straying in public
places.
Passed at a meeting of the Canning District Road
Board, held on the fifth day of March, 1923.

Alteration of Boundaries.
Notice of Intention.

IT is hereby notified, for general information, that it is
the intention of Excellency the Governor, unde'r the
provisions of " The :Road. Districts Act, :1919," to
(1) Sever that portion of the Gingin Road District
as described in Schedule "A" hereto, and
annex it to the Wanneroo Road Board.
(2) Sever that portion of the Gingin Road District
as described in Schedule "B" hereto, and
annex it to the Chittering Road District.
(3) Sever that portion of the Chittering Road District
as described in Schedule "C" hereto,
and annex it to the Gingin Road Board.
Plans showing the proposed alterations may be seen
at the Local Government Office, Department of Works
mid Trading Concerns, Perth.

Transfer of Territory from the Gingin to the TVanneroo
Road District.
That portion of the Gingin Road District bounded by
lines commencing at the intersection of the prolongation
West of the North boundary of Swan Location 1370
with the Western boundary of the district, and extendbig
East to and along said North boundary, and to and
along the North boundaries of Locations 781 and 2817
to the latter 's North-East corner; thence South-East
and again South along the East boundary of Location
2817, and part of the North, and part of the East
boundary of Reserve 911 to the prolongation West of the
North boundary of Location 2583 ; thence East following
said prolongation to the West boundary of Reserve number
15997; thence North-East and South along part of
the West, the North, and part of the East boundary of
said Reserve number 15997 to the last-mentioned prolongation
and following same Eastward to the prolongation
North of the East boundary of Location 2001;
thence South following said prolongation of said East
boundary to a Southern boundary, of the district; thence
Westward and Northward following the district bound,
nries to the starting point,

Road Board.
All that portion of the Gingin Road District bounded
by lines commencing on the Eastern boundary of the
district at the point in prolongation East of the South
boundary of Location 1938, and extending Westward along
said prolongation and said South boundary to the South-
West corner of said location; thence along the West
boundary of Location 1938, part of the South and part
of the West boundary of Location 1937, the Northern
boundary of Location 2387, to and along the Northern
boundaries of Locations 2517 and 2583, and continuing'
West to the prolongation North of the East boundary of
Location 2004 thence Southward following said prolongation
and the East boundary of Location 2001 to a
Southern boundary of the Gingin Road District; thence
following the district boundaries to the starting point.

Transfer of Territory from Chittering to the Gingin
Road Board.
That portion of land hounded by lines commencing at
the junction of the South side of Road number 16 with
the East boundary of Swan Location 509, and extending
Eastward along. the South side of said road to the South-
Eastern side of Road number 813; thence North-Eastward
to the present district boundary opposite the South
corner of the Mooliabeenee Station Yard Reserve; thence
following the district boundary to the starting point.
