General Error Handling
The General Error Handling section looks like this:

Using this section, you can configure actions to be performed for requests
whenever the Proactive Scanning library could not be loaded.
After modifying the settings in this section, click on Apply Changes to make
the modification effective.
Use the following items to configure actions for requests:
• Library could not be loaded
From the drop-down list provided here, select actions, e. g. Block, Drop,
etc.
These actions will be performed whenever there is a request that should
be filtered, but the Proactive Scanning library could not be loaded.
• Do not invoke this action more than once every . . . seconds.
In the input field provided here, enter a time interval (in seconds) to have
the actions you configured above executed only once within this interval.
The default interval is 300 seconds.
