Content Security At the top of this tab, there is a link, which you may use to return to the Proactive Scanning tab, i. e. the tab you invoked this tab from. Furthermore, there are two sections on this tab: • Windows Executable Heuristics • Windows Executable Actions They are described in the following. Windows Executable Heuristics The Windows Executable Heuristics section allows you to configure probability weightings for Windows executables. For some of these executables, these weightings indicate their probability of being malware. For others, they indicate a threshold of malware probability. If the threshold is reached, the executable in question will be classified as vulnerable. Furthermore, you can configure the treatment of truncated executables as damaged malware. To configure a weighting for a particular probability, check the corresponding value on the percentage scale. Default values have been configured for all probabilities, which you may increase or decrease. After modifying these settings or the setting for the treatment of truncated executables, click on Apply Changes to make the modification effective. Use the following checkbox to configure the treatment of truncated executables: • Truncated executables shall be treated as damaged malware If you want to have truncated executables treated in this way, mark this checkbox. 4–33
