5. The last meeting:
The last meeting of the 2008-
2009 academic year was on the 22 nd
of May, before the summer session of
examinations started. Attending this
meeting is compulsory for all active
members of BSC and the same as
every year, it includes the following
topics:
a brief overview of the activity made by the president
a short list of priority activities for the year to come
an open discussion with all the members about the future of the BSC and ways
of getting better and better in all our activities and the cooperation with our
university, the companies and most important with the AAPG
<strong>final</strong>ly, the student chapter officers are elected, in democratic vote
useful tips and advice for the future executive committee of the chapter
speech of the president elected
