MRTomography exact morphological diagnostics but also functional and metabolic information. Also, special markers have been developed to detect biomolecular and cytogenetic processes. Here, however, the methodology is coming up against more and more physiccal limitations, which are due to the limited signal production of conventional magnets. Magnetic resonance tomographs with higher field intensity might bring better results here. The new technology allows the entire body to be examined in one single examination and within an acceptable time. The technology can be used for various purposes. Thus, the whole body can be searched for metasttases of malignant diseases, if a tumour has been detected. Or the heart and all vessels can be examined at the same time. Diagnostics of heart and vessels One single examination can depict the arteries of the entire body in a very detailed way. Arteriosclerosis, still the most dangerous civilisation disease, often affects more than one vessel territory at the same time, which has severe consequences: the coronary vessels (heart attack), the vessels of the neck, which supply the brain with blood (stroke), the renal arteries (kidney failure, hypertension), the abdominal artery (aortic aneurysm) and the arteries supplying the pelvvis and the legs (disturbed circulation or even amputation). When the stenosis of these vessels is detected, a well-targeted treatmment can be initiated at an early stage, well before the above mentioned, sometimes catastrophic consequences occur (illustration 1). Degenerations of the coronary vessels cannot yet be diagnosed in a magnetic resonance tomography precisely enough. F E A T U R I N G T H E B E S T O F G E R M A N M E D I C I N E التصوير بالرنني املغناطسي املحارصة بحيث اأنها ل جترى بواسطة كائن حي ول يف غرف خمصصة.‏ اإن التصوير بالرنني املغناطسي بارع ليس يف تشخيص مورفولوجي دقيق فقط،‏ بل يُستعمل اأيضا لإ كتشاف بعض املعلومات الإ ‏ستقبالية الوظيفية.‏ وكذلك تطور عالمات مميزة لالإ ‏ستطالع على نواتئ الصبغيات و البيولوجيا اجلزيئية.‏ لكن هذه املنهجية تعاكس بعض احلدود الطبيعية التي هي واردة من اإنتاج اإشارات حمدودة للمغناطس العادي.‏ وبهذا فال ميكن للرنني املغناطسي اأن ياأتي بنتائج اأحسن اإل بعد اإستعمال مغناطس ذات ‏شدة الساحة املرتفعة.‏ اإن هذه التكنولوجيا اجلديدة تسمح بفحص ‏شامل للجسد بكامله خالل فحص واحد فقط ويف وقت حمدود.‏ كما تستعمل اأيضاً‏ يف العديد من الإ جتاهات املتنوعة.‏ و بالتايل فقد يتم فحص اجلسد بكامله و اإكتشاف كل من نقائل داء خبيث اأو ورم ذاتي.‏ كما يتم فحص القلب و كل الأ وعية الأ خرى يف نفس الوقت.‏ فحص القلب والأ وعية:‏ بعد تشخيص واحد فقط بالتصوير الرنيني املغناطسي ميكن الكشف على كل الرشايني املوجودة يف اجلسد بطريقة دقيقة جدا.‏ يبقى التصلب الرشياين هو اأخطر امراض العرص،‏ حيث يصاب اأكرث من وعاء واحد بصوره تدريجيه،‏ كما اأن له يف نفس الوقت عواقب كثرية منها:‏ الأ وعية التاجية ‏)نوبة قلبية(،‏ وعاء الرقبة،‏ التي متون الدماغ بالدم ‏)سكتة خمية(،‏ الرشيان الكلوي ‏)فشل كلوي،‏ فرط ‏ضغط الدم(،‏ الرشيان البطني ‏)اأم الدم الأ بهرية(‏ و الرشيان املمتد يف احلوض و الساقني ‏)اإضطراب الدورة الدموية التي رمبا تصل اىل البرت(.‏ وملا يُكتشف تضيق الأ وعية ميكن بداأ اإستشفاء مبكر و بهدف مُ‏ رضي قبل اأن توؤدي هذه الأ مراض Illustration 1: Depiction of the entire vascular system of the body from the vessels supplying the brain up to the foot vessels. MRTomography However, they cause reduced blood circulation within the heart muscle and an impaired movement coordination when the heart contracts, and a magnetic resonance tomography can detect these degenerattions as well as past and possibly unknown heart attacks with greater precision than any other diagnosis method (illustration 2). Tumour diseases A decisive factor in the prognosis of tumour diseases is the stadium in which they are recognized. As soon as symptoms occur, it must be called an advanced-stage disease. Thus it is important to detect the tumour in its early stage or even in a pre-stage. A crucial point for planning the treatment is that possible metastases occurring in an advanced stage in various organ systems can be detected safely and precisely. With the new magnetic resonance tomoggraph one single examination session is enough to depict brain, lungs, abdomen, pelvis as well as the entire skeletal system, so that tumours and their metastases can be detected (illustration 3). Only the examination of the colon requires special preparatory measures since it has to be cleaned by means of medication and the intake of large amounts of fluids. During the examination the colon is filled with a liquid via a probe. Then, the MRT data can be “reconstructed” to a virtual coloscopy, so that the professional carrying out the examination can “fly” through the colon electronically in order to detect posssible polyps or carcinomas. The MRT does not entail any harmful efffects to the human body. The technology F E A T U R I N G T H E B E S T O F G E R M A N M E D I C I N E 2 2 3a 3b التصوير بالرنني املغناطسي املذكورة فيما قبل اىل عواقب كارثية ‏)الشكل ١(. و اإىل يومنا هذا،‏ ل ميكن فحص تدهور الوعاء التاجي بدقة كافية عن طريق التصويرالرنيني املغناطسي حيث يوؤدي هذا التدهور اىل اإختزال الدورة الدموية داخل عضلة القلب كما يوؤدي كذلك اإىل ‏ضعف يف احلركة التنسيقية اأثناء التقلص القلبي.‏ فبهذا اجلهاز ميكن للتصوير الرنيني املغناطسي فحص هذا التدهور كما اأنه يشخص النوبة القلبية التي مل يطلع عليها من قبل باأكرث دقة عن اأي طريقة فحص اأخرى ‏)الشكل ٢(. اأمراض الورم:‏ عامل حاسم يف حتديد ماآل اأمراض الورم هو املرحلة التي يُكتشف فيها هذا املرض.‏ ملا تظهر الأ عراض يكون املرض يف مرحلة متطورة و يجب عندها ان يتم العالج برسعه عاليه جدا.‏ لهذا من الالزم تشخيص الورم يف مرحلة مبكرة،‏ بل حتى يف مرحلة قبل مبكرة.‏ نقطة اأساسية لتخطيط العالج هي انه ميكن لهذا املرض احلاصل يف مرحلة متقدمة ان يكتشف بطريقة ماأمونة و دقية يف نضام عضوي متعدد.‏ اإن فحص وحيد بالطريقة اجلديدة للرنني املغناطسي يكفي متاماً‏ للكشف عن كل من الدماغ،‏ الرئتني،‏ البطن و احلوض كما يكشف كذلك على اجلهاز الهيكلي حتى يكتشف هذا الورم و النقائل ‏)الشكل ٣(. اإن فحص القلون هو الفحص الوحيد الذي يفرض تدابري اإستعدادية خاصة،‏ ولهذا فقد يُنظف ‏)يُطهر(‏ القلون عن طريق الأ دوية و باإدخال مقدار كبري من السوائل.‏ و هكذا يكون القلون اأثناء الفحص مملوء بسوائل عن طريق املسبار.‏ عندئذ ميكن ملعلومات اأو لبيانات التصويرالرنيني املغناطسي اأن تتطور اإىل تنضري اإفرتاضي للقلون ، بحيث ميكن لالأ خصائيني اأن ياأتوا بفحص للقلون عن ‎3‎‏أ ‎٣‎ب Illustration 2: The “lighter” area depicts the expansion of a past heart attack.
