Quality <strong>of</strong> the Services <strong>of</strong>fered by the tenderer, including:<br />

• ability <strong>of</strong> the tenderer to meet current <strong>and</strong> projected transaction<br />

volumes <strong>of</strong> the Agency <strong>and</strong> time critical <strong>and</strong>/or legal requirements<br />

<strong>for</strong> these transactions; <strong>and</strong><br />

• a demonstrated underst<strong>and</strong>ing <strong>of</strong> the Agency’s business,<br />

including innovation <strong>and</strong> proactive identification <strong>of</strong> more efficient<br />

Banking Services.<br />

• Pricing <strong>of</strong> Services in the Statement <strong>of</strong> Requirement;<br />

• Transition Costs passed to the Agency;<br />

• Pricing <strong>of</strong> other proposed Services set out in Annex B.<br />

Service Levels • The tenderer’s ability to meet, <strong>and</strong> approach to, Service Levels<br />

specified in the Statement <strong>of</strong> Requirement.<br />

• The tenderer’s approach to the establishment <strong>of</strong> Service Levels<br />

in the delivery <strong>of</strong> Banking Services <strong>for</strong> the Agency.<br />

Relationship Management • The quality <strong>and</strong> extent <strong>of</strong> resources that would be provided by the<br />

Bank to manage the relationship with the Agency.<br />

• The tenderer’s approach to resolving requests <strong>and</strong> queries from<br />

the Agency.<br />

• Record <strong>of</strong> per<strong>for</strong>mance in delivering Banking Services <strong>of</strong> a<br />

similar nature <strong>and</strong> scope to the Agency’s to other public <strong>and</strong>/or<br />

private sector organisations.<br />

Implementation timetable • Ability <strong>of</strong> the tenderer to meet the Agency’s implementation<br />

target.<br />

In<strong>for</strong>mation Systems • Compatibility <strong>of</strong> the Bank’s Systems to the Agency’s Financial<br />
