14 AGENCY MATERIAL<br />
14.1 <strong>Tender</strong>ers are to provide details <strong>of</strong> any Agency Material they require <strong>for</strong> the per<strong>for</strong>mance <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Services. Where the use <strong>of</strong> Agency Material is proposed, tenderers must provide details<br />
(including, but not limited to, the impact on the tendered price) <strong>of</strong> the effect <strong>of</strong> non-provision <strong>of</strong><br />
Agency Material.<br />
14.2 The decision as to whether or not Agency Material will be provided will be made at the sole<br />
discretion <strong>of</strong> the [...INSERT AGENCY NAME...].<br />
15 EXPERIENCE & REFERENCES<br />
15.1 <strong>Tender</strong>ers should provide the names <strong>of</strong> at least two other organisations to which the tenderer<br />
has provided services <strong>of</strong> similar nature <strong>and</strong> scope to those required by the [...INSERT AGENCY<br />
NAME...]. Please provide the name <strong>and</strong> contact details <strong>of</strong> persons in these organisations who<br />
may be contacted <strong>and</strong> are prepared to act as referees.<br />
15.2 <strong>Tender</strong>ers should provide details <strong>of</strong> their experience in providing banking services to FMA Act<br />
agencies in Australia.<br />
16 EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN IN THE WORKPLACE ACT 1999<br />
16.1 <strong>Tender</strong>ers are to indicate whether they are currently named as not complying with the Equal<br />
Opportunity <strong>for</strong> Women in the Workplace Act 1999.<br />
16.2 Where contractors have been specified in the tender, tenderers are to indicate whether the<br />
contractors are named as not complying with the a<strong>for</strong>ementioned Act.<br />
17 TENDERER’S REPRESENTATIVE<br />
17.1 <strong>Tender</strong>ers must include contact details <strong>of</strong> a person authorised to represent their organisation <strong>for</strong><br />
the purposes <strong>of</strong>:<br />
(a) any enquiries relating to the preparation <strong>of</strong> the response to this RFT; <strong>and</strong><br />
(b) negotiations in relation to any contract as a result <strong>of</strong> this RFT.<br />
18 INTERNET BANKING<br />
18.1 <strong>Tender</strong>ers should describe any Internet banking solutions that would be made available to the<br />
Agency <strong>and</strong> describe how they might assist the [...INSERT AGENCY NAME...] conduct its<br />
banking business.<br />
18.2 The Australian Government has made a policy commitment 2 to:<br />
(a) deliver all appropriate Australian Government services electronically - complementing not<br />
replacing existing written, telephone, fax <strong>and</strong> counter services;<br />
(b) pay all suppliers to Australian Government electronically; <strong>and</strong><br />
(c) be able to trade electronically with all ‘simple’ procurement suppliers who wish to do so,<br />
using open st<strong>and</strong>ards.<br />
