STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT
The Product Modules defining the nature and scope of the Banking Services to be provided under the
Contract will be developed in accordance with this Statement of Requirement and the successful tenderer’s
response. It is vital that the elements of this Statement of Requirement be drafted in a manner that will
enable easy integration into the Product Module components of the final Contract.
Drafters must insert full details of the Agency’s banking services requirements, including Service Levels and
statements in relation to the Agency’s expectations in respect of the performance of the services. These
should be structured along the lines of the Product Modules which appear as Schedules to the Contract.
Part A of the ‘Banking Services Checklist’ in the Toolkit provides a proforma Statement of Requirement
which has been specifically developed for ease of integration in the contract. Where possible, the use of this
proforma is recommended.
