ANNEX B – SCHEDULE OF INFORMATION TO BE SUPPLIED BY
TENDERERS
Note: The clauses in this Annex seek what might be considered standard information consistent with general
Banking Services requirements of the Agency and the structure of the RFT and Contract. The Agency must
carefully consider, and request, the type of information it considers may be relevant to the overall quality and
delivery of Banking Services for the Agency over the term of the Contract, and for evaluation purposes. In
particular, the Agency must ensure that the information supplied by tenderers can be related to the
evaluation criteria, and is sufficient to enable the Agency to effectively evaluate the tender in accordance
with the published evaluation criteria.
1 FORMAT FOR RESPONSES
1.1 Tenderers are requested to submit their responses in a format that presents information in the
following order:
(a) Executive Summary (no more than three pages);
(b) Statement of Compliance (see Annex D);
(c) Statement of Requirement for each Product Module;
(d) responses to the information requested below (Annex B);
(e) Tenderer’s Privacy Statement (Annex E); and
(f) any accompanying information, including terms and conditions, relevant to the Services
listed in each Product Module.
1.2 Tenderers must ensure that the tender specifically responds to every item and condition
identified in this RFT and any Schedules, Annexes or Attachments hereto. The tender
response is to be structured in the order in which the clauses appear with identical section
clause numbering etc. The tender must be clear and precise and must refer, where
appropriate, to page or paragraph numbers in manuals or supporting documentation which form
part of the tender.
1.3 Tenderers are welcome to include additional information they consider would assist the
evaluation of their response. In the interests of efficiency, it would be appreciated if this
information could be kept to a minimum and provided within the RFT format. Any supporting
documentation which, in the opinion of […INSERT AGENCY NAME……], materially alters the
tender will not be admitted to the evaluation.
2 CORE PROTOCOLS
2.1 Tenderers are required to provide a statement of their understanding and commitment to
adhere to the Core Protocols.
3 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Tenderers must provide a statement expressing their understanding of the Agency’s service
requirements within an Australian Government context, including an understanding of the
nature and scope of the Agency’s transaction and account structure provided in Annex D.
3.2 Tenderers must provide a detailed description of the Services in accordance with the Statement
of Requirement (attached at Part Four) and their approach to the delivery of the Services,
including Product-specific terms and conditions which will apply to the provision of the Services.
