7.5 Privacy<br />

7.5.1 <strong>Tender</strong>ers’ attention is drawn to the provisions <strong>of</strong> the Privacy Act 1988, <strong>and</strong> in particular, the<br />
In<strong>for</strong>mation Privacy Principles (IPPs) set out in section 14 <strong>of</strong> that Act. The successful tenderer<br />
will be expected to comply with the IPPs in relation to Personal In<strong>for</strong>mation held or controlled<br />
by it in connection with any contract as a result <strong>of</strong> this RFT.<br />
7.5.2 In this RFT, “Personal In<strong>for</strong>mation” has the same meaning as it has in the Privacy Act 1988.<br />
7.5.3 The tenderer’s attention is also drawn to Annex B, paragraph 18 <strong>and</strong> Annex E (<strong>Tender</strong>er’s<br />
Privacy Statement).<br />
