ANNEX D - STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE<br />
To be read in conjunction with clause 3.5. <strong>of</strong> the Conditions <strong>of</strong> <strong>Tender</strong>. A response including any<br />
requested in<strong>for</strong>mation, must be provided against each <strong>of</strong> the relevant clauses in the <strong>Request</strong> <strong>for</strong><br />
<strong>Tender</strong>. If appropriate, compliance may be indicated against groups <strong>of</strong> clauses, e.g. clauses 2.1 to<br />
2.5 inclusive – “Complies”. A summary list <strong>of</strong> clauses in respect <strong>of</strong> which there is non-compliance<br />
should also be provided.<br />
