Winnacunnet High School - March 16, <strong>1963</strong><br />
The adjourned Town Meeting was opened by<br />
the Moderator, Edward S. Seavey, Jr., at 10 a.m.<br />
Prayer offered by Reverend Howard S.<br />
Banner,<br />
Jr., pastor of the First Congregational Church of<br />
Hampton<br />
Eternal God : We thank thee for the opportunity<br />
to gather together this day that we<br />
may carry forward the business of our beloved<br />
town of Hampton. Grant us the patience<br />
and wisdom to fulfill our duties in a<br />
manner well-pleasing to thee and for the<br />
good benefit of all who live within our community.<br />
This we ask in the Name of Jesus<br />
Christ. Amen.<br />
Mr. Roland Paige moved that the assembly dispense<br />
with the reading of the Warrant. Seconded.<br />
Business opened under Article 3. (Articles 1 and<br />
2 on Ballot).<br />
The Moderator announced that Guests were<br />
welcome to attend the meeting but must sit in designated<br />
seats.<br />
A motion to reconsider will be accepted only<br />
immediately after action, and before any other business<br />
takes place.
