ARTICLE 29. On petition of Norman P. Parsons<br />
and ten other legal voters of the Town of<br />
Hampton : to see if the town will vote to amend the<br />
Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Hampton adopted<br />
1949, and<br />
at the Annual Town Meeting on March 8,<br />
amended at subsequent Town Meetings, as follows<br />
Amend Article VI, Section 1 by adding after the<br />
second paragraph the following paragraph:<br />
The Building Inspector may employ technical assistance<br />
in order to determine if the requirements of<br />
the National Electrical Code or any state or local<br />
construction requirements are complied with. Before<br />
any work is started which requires inspection, a<br />
building permit must be issued by the Building Inspector.<br />
Change Article V, Section 7, to read:<br />
Electrical Wiring: All wiring shall meet the minimum<br />
standards of the latest edition of the National<br />
Electrical Code of the National Board of Fire<br />
Undewriters, and each subsequent edition or supplement,<br />
and any additional requirements that the<br />
Building Inspector may deem necessary.<br />
ARTICLE 30. On petition of Donald A. Ring<br />
and 14 other legal voters of the Town of Hampton:<br />
to see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate<br />
the sum of twenty-five ($25,000.) thousand dollars<br />
for the purchase of a new combination fire truck<br />
to serve the town and the construction of a suitable<br />
addition to the Academy Avenue Fire Station to<br />
provide storage for three pieces of equipment. Such<br />
purchase shall be financed by taxation, transfer of<br />
available funds, by borrowing or otherwise, and if<br />
by borrowing, to authorize the issuance and sale of
