A-18 HAMPTON TOWN REPORT<br />
plumbing regulations<br />
as set forth in the Zoning<br />
Ordinance of the Town of Hampton adopted<br />
March 8, 1949 and as subsequently amended,<br />
and the inspection by the plumbing inspector<br />
shall be in addition to the inspection by the<br />
building inspector as provided in the aforesaid<br />
Zoning Ordinance.<br />
G. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance<br />
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor;<br />
and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding<br />
twenty dollars for each and every violation<br />
thereof, and his license may be revoked by the<br />
examining Board provided for in this ordinance.<br />
H. The unconstitutionality of any provision of<br />
this ordinance, or its application to any person<br />
or circumstance, shall not invalidate the<br />
remainder of this ordinance, or the application<br />
of such provision to other persons or circumstances.<br />
I. This ordinance shall take effect on its passage.<br />
ARTICLE 40. To transact any other business<br />
that may legally come before this meeting.<br />
