to see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate<br />
the sum of $9,500.00 for the installation of a sanitary<br />
sewer system on Tobey Street and Gray Avenue.<br />
ARTICLE 17. On petition of James A. Penney<br />
and nine other legal voters of the Town of Hampton;<br />
to see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate<br />
the sum of $7,000.00 for the installation of a<br />
sanitary sewer system on Mill Road from Ann's<br />
<strong>Lane</strong> to a point near 111 Mill Road.<br />
ARTICLE 18. On petition of William H. Little,<br />
Jr., and eleven other legal voters of the Town of<br />
Hampton; to see if the town will vote to extend the<br />
present sewer line approximately six hundred forty<br />
(640) feet west from the present terminus of said<br />
line at the intersection of Carlson and Locke Roads<br />
for the purpose of serving eight existing dwellings<br />
and the new Ellis Acres development with its anticipated<br />
sixteen new dwellings.<br />
ARTICLE 19. On petition of William H. Little,<br />
Jr., and eleven other legal voters of the town of<br />
Hampton; to see if the Town will vote to raise and<br />
appropriate the sum of Sixteen Hundred ($1,600.00)<br />
Dollars for the purpose of extending the sewer line<br />
six hundred forty (640) feet west of the intersection<br />
of Carlson and Lock Roads, to authorize the Selectmen<br />
to expend the above sum for that purpose, and<br />
to accept a similar sum of Sixteen Hundred ($1,600.)<br />
Dollars from the Developer of the Ellis Acres Development<br />
as a fifty (50%) per cent contribution toward<br />
the cost of said sewer line extension in exchange<br />
for the right and privilege of connecting the<br />
sewer line within the development to the above sewer<br />
line extension.
