HAMPTON TOWN REPORT A- 15<br />
Board of Selectmen to govern the town of Hampton,<br />
to consolidate the functions of the town and<br />
precinct governments into said five-member Board,<br />
to define the powers and duties thereof and provided<br />
further that at least two members of said Board<br />
shall be residents of the presently defined Hampton<br />
Beach Village District.<br />
ARTICLE 37. On petition of Ralph T. Harris<br />
and ten registered voters of the town of Hampton<br />
to see if the town will vote to> authorize the Board<br />
of Selectmen in the interests of the protection of<br />
persons and property to take such action as may be<br />
necessary to cause the installation of fire hydrants,<br />
street lighting and such other facilities as may be<br />
necessary on accepted or unaccepted ways within<br />
the town of Hampton.<br />
* ARTICLE 38. On petition of Arthur A. Hinkley<br />
and 23 other legal voters of the Town of Hampton<br />
to see if the town will Vote to rescind the action taken<br />
at the last annual town meeting that adopted<br />
the non-partisan ballot system, and return to the<br />
Australian Ballot System.<br />
ARTICLE 39. (The following article appeared<br />
in the Warrant for the March <strong>1963</strong> Town Meeting. A<br />
motion was made, and carried that action on this article<br />
be postponed until the Town Meeting of 1964.)<br />

On Petition of Harry L. Tufts and nine other legal<br />
voters of the Town of Hampton: to see if the Town<br />
will<br />
vote:<br />
A. To adopt the provisions of Chapter 330, RSA,<br />
as amended requiring the licensing of plumbers.
